In January 2025, the Youssef Sader Foundation and SADER Legal Publishing presented a specially bound edition of the Lebanese Constitution to H.E. Joseph Aoun, President of the Republic. The gesture reaffirmed a tradition that stretches back to 1926, when Youssef Sader first published the full text of the Constitution in his law journal.

The presentation ceremony was held at the Presidential Palace in Baabda, attended by Foundation president Rany Sader and members of the SADER family. The bound edition included the original 1926 text alongside its subsequent amendments, accompanied by scholarly annotations tracing the constitutional evolution of Lebanon over the past century.

A constitution is not merely a legal document. It is the conscience of a nation, the architecture of its aspirations. To preserve it is to preserve the possibility of justice itself.

The initiative underscores the Foundation\u2019s commitment to the idea that constitutional heritage belongs not to institutions alone but to every citizen. It is part of a broader programme to ensure that foundational legal texts remain visible, accessible and central to public life.
