Professor Fayez Hage Chahine, whose teaching and scholarship have shaped generations of jurists and the Lebanese understanding of civil law, chose Sader Legal to publish his life's work. He was received at the house accompanied by his son, Professor Najib Hage-Chahine, and taken through the Sader Archives, where the record of everything published since 1863 is preserved. The Foundation marked the occasion as a recognition of a scholar whose contribution to civil law continues to inform doctrine and to shape the minds that carry it forward.
