Rany Sader led a Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Masterclass for young jurists on legal leadership in an age of artificial intelligence, digital transformation and institutional change. The session moved across leadership and management, charisma and influence, innovation and discipline, and independent thinking within interdependent systems, returning throughout to a single question: how institutions remain capable of thinking, deciding and taking responsibility in an age increasingly shaped by machines. The Foundation records the conviction that ran through the discussion, that technology expands what an institution can do while leadership determines where it goes.
