In October 2020, the Youssef Sader Foundation entered into a formal agreement with the League of Arab States to facilitate the digitisation and distribution of Arab legal texts across member nations.
The Memorandum of Understanding recognises the Foundation\u2019s unique position as custodian of one of the most extensive legal publishing archives in the Arab world. Under its terms, the Foundation will work with the League\u2019s legal affairs department to identify, digitise and make accessible key legal instruments, treaties and scholarly works.
This partnership represents a significant step in the Foundation\u2019s mission to ensure that Arab legal heritage is preserved and made available to scholars, practitioners and citizens throughout the region. It acknowledges that the democratisation of legal knowledge is essential to the advancement of the rule of law.
