H.E. Professor Nawaf Salam, Prime Minister of Lebanon, received a delegation from the Youssef Sader Foundation for Legal Culture at the opening of Lebanon's constitutional centenary year. The delegation presented the Foundation's initiative to mark the centenary through a series of legal, cultural and educational actions celebrating the Constitution as a living foundation of the State and as a shared legal culture. On the occasion, the delegation offered a copy of Sader's limited Annotated Code centenary edition dedicated to the Lebanese Constitution and its interpretations. The first copy of that edition had earlier been formally presented to the President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, in recognition of the Constitution as the supreme legal reference of the State.
